24 hours ago I was pretty proud of myself for surviving a 25 hour flight experience from Toronto to Bangkok. All in all, it was a reasonably delightful experience, except for the fact that I slept through two of my airplane meals. The dreaded 12 hour trip from Chicago to Tokyo was a breeze – somehow I landed myself in the emergency seating, and had massive amounts of leg room and space. If you’re reading this, then I’ve probably already emailed you about my trip so far, so I’ll just stop here.
Now, I’ve survived my first day in Bangkok, and am slowly lazing my way through my second. On the agenda today? Vaccinations! Food! Rooftop bars!
